Performance highlights?
Winning my first NZ Cross country title in Taupo
(was our first winter living in Wellington and
someone suggested I go up there).
The gold medal in Buffalo for the 10k was a big high.
Most enjoyable competition venue?
I enjoy most places and are always grateful for
the awesome officials.
Activities outside of athletics?
Gardening, Tennis, Travel, Shopping
(especially if it means Nigel gets to share a few hours in a USA mall).
Spending time with Nigel while he catches fish in the early morning
as the views over the bay are breathtaking.

Fresh snapper, chicken and chocolate desserts

Hangover

Sunday - Easy run up to 1 hour
Monday- Long run up to 2 hours (depending on what's coming up)
Tuesday- Easy 1 hour
Wednesday- 1 1/4
Thursday - 1 1/2
Friday - rest day
Saturday- Easy 1 hour
The training changes if I have national events and I force myself to do
speed work for about 6 weeks prior.
